Within the Corporate & Institutional Banking unit, the Advisory Netherlands team advises clients on strategic topics across M&A and equity capital markets. First-year analysts join our Graduate Program, which commences with two weeks of intensive training and includes a 6-month international rotation in Paris. All analysts are part of the European Advisory Group (EAG), a pan-EMEA advisory platform whose junior pool of more than 240 analysts, associates and VPs operate as one team across countries and sectors. This set-up combines strong local coverage with our international network, offering broad deal exposure, cross-border collaboration and accelerated learning while delivering for our clients.
