Who are we?
Baker Tilly is an accountancy and consultancy firm with 13 regional offices in the Netherlands and over 1,000 colleagues. We help SMEs (family businesses) and the public sector with a wide range of issues: from tax and accountancy to IT, sustainability, business succession and corporate finance. Our core business lies in Audit, SME Accountancy & Advice and Tax Services, but our specialised advisory practices also offer plenty of opportunities to work on current topics such as data analysis and ESG. At Baker Tilly, you will have the
opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, collaborate with experienced professionals and develop yourself further.

Working at Baker Tilly
Working at Baker Tilly means working in an environment where you feel at home. We have deliberately chosen regional offices where you have a lot of personal contact with colleagues. You work together in well-organised,
multidisciplinary teams and can quickly switch gears and brainstorm with each other when necessary. Of course, you don't have to be a know-it-all. You will regularly work with colleagues from other offices or within Baker Tilly
International, a network of independent accountancy and advisory firms in more than 148 countries. In addition, there is plenty of room for development and personal input. We also do a lot together outside working hours. For example fun sports tournaments and weekly Thursday or Friday afternoon drinks.
